Mother's Day Project

One of Allison's playdates was a project for the kids to plant flowers in terra cotta pots. Then they could paint them. Emma was in school at the time, so Allison planted the flowers. She enjoyed scooping the dirt from the bucket into the 4 pots.

After Allison planted her flowers she was ready to paint. She painted polka-dots and her hand print. Later she decided she didn't want the cute hand print and painted over it! That's my crazy girl!

A couple days later Emma painted her pots. She too opted for a polka-dot look after she painted the upper part of the pot.

The girls were so proud of their pots when they presented them to Grandma Judy. They shared Grandma Sue's pots with her a couple days later. Happy Mother's Day!
