Preparing For Taylor

Grandma Judy gave Emma Taylor Swift concert tickets for Christmas. We've been eagerly awaiting the big day since she bought them back in November. See, Miss Emma has been a devoted Taylor Swift fan for almost 2 1/2 years now. She's been Taylor Swift for Halloween, celebrated her 6th birthday with a Taylor Swift birthday party (complete with her own stage and all!), decorated her room with "made by Emma" Taylor Swift posters and even serenaded her class on several occasions. This girl is serious about Taylor Swift!!!

So...in true fan-fashion, Emma prepared for her big event by first laying out her outfit for the big night. Note the boots (given by Auntie Mo for Christmas), sundress, nail polish and jean jacket...all Taylor's signature clothing and accessory items!

Auntie Mo was in charge of the hair for the event...God knows I'm a terrible hair dresser! First she needed a trim. Her Taylor Swift-like curls were beginning to look a bit straggly!

Wait a minute...isn't that Taylor Swift's little sister? Oh that's right, she only has a little brother. This is just my sweet little Emma girl in her Love, Love, Love (key Taylor term!) shirt from her 6th birthday party.

She's all decked out in true Taylor fashion!! Bring on the concert!

Look at that smile! I just love my little Taylor Swift look-alike. Don't you think they really could pass for sisters!? Crazy! If only Taylor could see her...she'd for sure let her back stage after the concert!! (Sadly though, that didn't happen.)

Time for some pictures with Daddy and Mommy. Allison refused to cooperate at this point and just decided to spin on the floor instead...classic Allison!

Even though Allison wouldn't take a picture with us, she did have fun with Danielley while Emma was getting ready for the concert. Those 2 silly girls had a cookie and then ran up to play. They came down a few minutes later and Danielley was dressed in quite an outfit! Check her out!!

Look at those hot mommas getting ready to take their babies to Stroller Strides! Let the lunge walks begin!
