Today while I was at my Relay meeting in Oakland, Jeff and and Emma planted more veggies in the garden. Emma was so excited to use her new gardening tools the Easter Bunny brought. The pink knee pad was perfect for keep her knees clean and scratch free!
Her "green thumb" and dirty hands planted bell peppers, cucumbers, green beans and watermelon. This was all added to the garden the tomatoes were planted in a few weeks ago. Jeff also planted my basil plant. We love to make fresh pesto! Yum!
Ta da! I'm all done! Must have taken her a while...Take a look at the shadow as she started planting and after! Gardening is hard work!
While Emma planted her garden, Allison played on the swing set. This was before she got all puffy-eyed and said her eyes weren't working! April 24, 2010
