It's become a tradition the past couple years to have bunny pancakes on Easter morning. I pour the pancake batter into the pan in the best free-hand bunny shape I can. Then I whip up some fresh whip cream. Top it with a bit of shredded coconut. Add some eyes, nose, mouth and whiskers...viola...an edible Easter Bunny! Yum!
