The Green Park

Each week my running group, Moms Running Wild, meets for runs around town. Thursdays we usually meet up at what Allison calls "The Green Park." Notice the green tire swing, hence the name, "The Green Park." We moms take turns running our miles while some of us stay behind and watch the girlies at the park. Then we switch roles. It's a great way to get our weekly runs in all while giving the girlies lots of play time too.

Allison, Layla and Nicki enjoying laughing, running, swinging and singing each week. They usually each pick a song to sing while they swing. Layla almost always picks Three Little Ducks while Allison usually picks Allison Be Nimble and Nicki typically chooses Three Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed. This week Emma got to join the girls because she was on spring break.
