Wow! It's only been a few short weeks since we last visited the baby chicks. They've changed so much! Keith finished building the coop in the backyard, so the chicks have moved from the terrarium in the house to their luxurious coop! The girls enjoyed holding them for a few minutes, although Emma was a bit timid at first.
It's ok Emma...she won't hurt you!
Allison loves to hold critters, and this chick is no exception!
Brynn's an old pro at holding the chicks. She so calm and relaxed.
Pecking the ground to find some seed and maybe a worm or two.
Uncle Keith gave Allison a grub to feed the chicks. They love the worms, but these grubs were a bit difficult for them to see. Allison enjoyed trying to feed it to them though!May 9, 2010
